1. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need time to verify your payment, prepare your items (including careful inspection to ensure quality), and pack them securely.
- Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays like Chinese New Year, National Day).
- Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized clothing (e.g., monogrammed jackets, made-to-measure pants) may take 5–7 business days to process, as they require additional production time. You’ll receive a separate email notification if your order falls into this category.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we’ll send a Shipping Confirmation Email to the address you provided at checkout—this email will include your tracking number and shipping carrier information.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently offer shipping to domestic addresses (Mainland China) and select international destinations (e.g., United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries). Shipping methods vary by destination, and you can choose your preferred option at checkout:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on three factors: your shipping destination, the weight/size of your order, and the shipping method you select.
- Domestic Shipping (Mainland China):
- Standard Shipping: Starts at ¥8 (free for orders over ¥299).
- Express Shipping: Starts at ¥15 (free for orders over ¥499).
- International Shipping:
- Costs vary by country (e.g., standard shipping to the US starts at $12; free for orders over $199). Exact costs will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
- Remote Areas: For domestic or international addresses in remote regions (e.g., rural areas, islands), an additional remote area surcharge may apply—this will be notified to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track its status anytime using the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email:
- Domestic Orders: Click the tracking link in the email to view real-time updates via the carrier’s website (e.g., SF Express, ZTO).
- International Orders: For standard international shipping, use the tracking number on the Cainiao Global Tracking website (or the carrier’s local partner site, e.g., USPS for the US). For express international shipping, track directly via DHL, FedEx, or UPS’s official sites.
- Tracking Delays: It may take 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation—if you don’t see updates after 48 hours, please reach out to us for assistance.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost—they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs Clearance: Eternity will provide all necessary documentation (e.g., commercial invoice) to facilitate customs clearance, but we cannot control or predict the amount of duties/taxes you may owe.
- Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the original shipping cost + the cost of returning the package to Eternity. These costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
6. Missing or Delayed Orders
- Domestic Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation (or 10 days for remote areas), please contact us.
- International Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (standard) or 10 business days (express) of the shipping confirmation, reach out to us—we’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will offer you a full refund or free reshipment of your order (whichever you prefer). To process this, we may ask you to provide a copy of the delivery attempt notice (if applicable).
